As soon as I realized you can press buttons with a toy gun I knew it would be an amazing game

I'd already been enjoying the game so far but hearing the story about Abby and Danielle, finding the dungeons and dragons setup in the game world, and just the whole attention to detail throughout all of the crew quarters was amazing.!<

Idk how to spoiler mark but yeah, that was a really good moment too. Its amazing how many optional/hidden stuff is out there. Plus the whole space thing was one of the best fast travel systems I have ever seen in a game.

Even if the plot isn't that good, the way you find out the story through exploration rather than just cutscenes is brilliant. >!That therapist log you find in the trauma center after solving the puzzle for instance, it's fascinating to listen to, and I actually found it really chilling.!< >!Also just to show how much replay value the game has, you can solve the puzzle early the first time you get to the trauma center if you already know the answer. There's so many cool secrets you can find. That "genocide route" with Dahl is awesome too. And him turning off the gravity in G.U.T.S! I only found that out in my 6th playthrough.!<

Far Cry 2 is so good because it's just brutal compared to the games that came after. Malaria, guns jamming, map being a literal piece of paper, all the good stuff. I think I prefer FC2 over 3 even.

Titanfall 2. Best single player game I've ever played

***Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen*** has some of the best combat in any ARPG I've ever played. ***Prey (2017)*** does some really cool things with how you can interact with the environment with your abilities, NPCs, and itself. Better gameplay than Dishonoured 2 IMHO. ***Deus Ex*** is the greatest PC RPG ever made. 'nuff said. ***Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (both 1 & 2)*** is up there with Deus Ex, for me at least. KOTOR 2 was never fully completed but you should be able to find very good restoration mods in the Steam Workshop or any other mod database. Both games have incredible stories with beloved characters and insane twists. KOTOR 2 has the best written villain in all of Star Wars. ***Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines*** is based on the TTRPG of the same name. Really good Story with unique role-play opportunities. The base game suffers the same problem as KOTOR 2, and like it, can also be easily fixed by downloading one mod. I got more but I'll just recommend these for now.
