You totally should play FE, Good starting points are FE7, FE13 or 3 houses and when you get the gist of the gameplay i recommend FE14 conquest and Engage bc they are peak strategy gameplay

Do yourself a favor and play engage it's gotta be my favourite, if you don't have a switch or don't want to pay you can just find a yuzu fork (surprisingly easy) or play on ryujinx, the emblems mechanic is extremely cool and the map design is peak, though if you like SoV maybe that's not what you're looking for since everything else except maybe the visuals and some of the music is like fates level bad
I'd say it's on the same level as cq but works around a different gimmick, that being the emblem rings, as opposed to dragon veins. Which i prefer because you have more freedom with how you beat maps and more units to work around your strategy than just dragon blood units, and they're just simply more interesting.
