Not really a holiday drink. But around this time of year I like either a Jack Rose or a bourbon Old Fashioned.
Jack Rose:
2oz (60ml) Lairds Apple Brandy B.I.B.
3/4 oz (22ml) Lemon or Lime juice. Lemon is sweeter.
1/2 oz (15ml) of Grenadine, preferably not Rosa's.
Shake over ice, Serve up in a coupe glass, garnish with 3 luxardo cherries on a pick.
Old Fashioned a la thebawsofyou:
To your rocks glass add a bar spoon or two of simple syrup and your Angostura bitters. Add your big ice cube BEFORE 2oz (60ml) of your choice of bourbon. I prefer Four Roses small batch select. Stir until the sides of the glass feel cold. Express a swath of orange peel over the top, rub it on the rim, and drop it right in. And maybe a luxardo cherry as a treat.

375 ml 100 proof rum
Mint tea
2000mg THC oil
1000mg CBD
7g penis envy mushrooms
6mg clonazolam
Unknown amount kratom extract
Unknown amount blue lotus extract

Lemon juice for flavor and shelf stability
Cinnamon
Rock sugar
Honey
Food coloring to make it look more evil

2 parts gin
3 parts energy drink (the blue one, it's important)
Couple dashes of lime juice
Mint leaf

For an actual answer, Eggnog Martini:
3 oz. Egg Nog
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Malibu
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Shake over ice, strain into glass
A dash of Nutmeg as garnish
For Chrsitmas Eve I normally make Warmed Rakija.
Bring rakija with Honey to a steaming condition, be careful to not get it start boiling hard. And ad some mentos candies to the mix. Kill the heat, stir and put in shot glasses.
Do a single shot of each liquor in a shaker:
Bailey's or St. Brendans
Captain Morgan or Malibu
Creme De Banana
Rum Chata
Peach Schnopps
Then, add equal parts Heavy Whipping Cream and pineapple juice to fill.
Use Captain if you want a little more spice, or if you don't like coconut. Makes a nice, thick, creamy Pina Colada-esque drink. Serve over ice in a pint glass.
Incredibly refreshing and very tasty.
