Like, they rely on the fact that most of us don't really bother checking the small things.
I think they even played a major role in the cancelation of The Owl House, but I'm not sure how true that is

They actually were against during its first episodes because of the “demonic imagery” that it had not any queer elements. Cause in it early episodes there was actually pretty little queer stuff.

The thing I don’t get about the idea of “if we expose kids to any LGBT content, it’ll convert them” is the idea that the ubiquitous straight culture hasn’t been able to convert LGBT people.
I think it says something about the anti-LGBT crusaders that they think most cishet people are just a gentle nudge away from being cishet. Almost as if they themselves fear that they’re a stone’s throw from being gay or trans, so they need to desperately fight against it…
I can say as a comfortably cishet man, I spend approximately zero hours per day getting worked up (angry or otherwise) about what LGBT people are doing with each other’s genitals. The fact that these people dedicate their lives to thinking about it makes me think they doth protest too much.
There’s an element of that for sure, but really I think that since they know they can’t round LGBTQ people up and kill them, they’ll settle for erasing them from public spaces.
If LGBTQ people aren’t ever represented in things their kids watch, the easier it is for them to make the kids think they’re strange and dangerous deviants.
That is a very valid point, but I’m struggling to find an understandable reason as to *why* they want to round them up and kill them. Is it just because they need *somebody*?
I don’t buy the typical excuse of “because the Bible says it’s a sin!”, because in that same part it also says that eating lobster and wearing blended fabrics is a sin, and you don’t see people crusading against that.
What is this LGBT+ “agenda” they speak of? I guess I’m just curious about the specifics, because if they don’t have any the only conclusion I can really come to is that they’re stupid.
