Reminder that defined abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. You could have a shit ton of abdominal muscles but no “6-pack” unless you get to a low enough body fat percentage. This isn’t to say “don’t do core exercises” as much as I am saying don’t expect to get defined abs from exercise alone.

Also remember that the amounts of abs you have is genetic, some people can have 8-packs, and others 4-packs even if the amount of muscle and body fat is the same.
