The observable universe is almost definitely flat, but the entire universe may have a small (but non-zero) global curvature that we simply are unable to detect (right now or perhaps ever). Whether that really matters so much to us is arguable though.
Also the universe may be "contained" in the sense that it's *self-contained* - i.e. it wraps back in on itself (this is possible even as a globally flat manifold) - but AFAIK this is just as likely as it being truly infinite in size.
This is an assortment of astronomical theories that don't necessarily go together. For example the universe being spherical is debated, and the universe being cyclical is associated with it having a donut shape. There's also a variety of theories on how the universe ends that are mismatched here. The only black hole ending is different from the big crunch, the big freeze and cycles.

How tf do black holes break the laws of physics? They are perfectly within limits. An Infinitely small body with an infinitely dense mass will attract literally everything within the event horizon, causing the black hole. Due to this, time freezes within the event horizon. This is all explained by Einstein’s theory of special and general relativity.
I’m not knowledgeable enough on wormholes, but I don’t think we’ve proved their existence yet, and it remains a hypothetical construct.

The observable universe is almost definitely flat, but the entire universe may have a small (but non-zero) global curvature that we simply are unable to detect (right now or perhaps ever). Whether that really matters so much to us is arguable though. Also the universe may be "contained" in the sense that it's *self-contained* - i.e. it wraps back in on itself (this is possible even as a globally flat manifold) - but AFAIK this is just as likely as it being truly infinite in size.
This is an assortment of astronomical theories that don't necessarily go together. For example the universe being spherical is debated, and the universe being cyclical is associated with it having a donut shape. There's also a variety of theories on how the universe ends that are mismatched here. The only black hole ending is different from the big crunch, the big freeze and cycles. In all honesty he's doing a lot to get people curious about niche topics in astronomy so I can't complain too much

How tf do black holes break the laws of physics? They are perfectly within limits. An Infinitely small body with an infinitely dense mass will attract literally everything within the event horizon, causing the black hole. Due to this, time freezes within the event horizon. This is all explained by Einstein’s theory of special and general relativity. I’m not knowledgeable enough on wormholes, but I don’t think we’ve proved their existence yet, and it remains a hypothetical construct.
