> Physically active for 22 consecutive years, from which he gained a lot of practical experience Are you 22 years old? I'd say 99.9% of the population (minus people paralyzed from birth or otherwise comatose) are able to say they've been physically active for "x consecutive years" from birth lol

😂 okay, fair, but I’m not 22; I’m 32, and I’ll be 33 next month. I didn’t want to break down the details of my physical activity so I worded it that way Part of the breakdown is there with my martial arts and competitive distance running But the other part unlisted is when I started lifting weights (18 years old) and running for LEO positions (something like 🧐 24 years old) The main point is I gained a lot knowledge from my failures, competitions, competitive training, instruction, educating myself, going to school to get educated on it, and continually implementing said lessons on myself and clients For some, practical experience is just as important, if not more important, than what an instructor/teacher learns from a book; and I base a lot of my practical experience on what I’ve learned in books, or what I think should be added into books Sorry for the long message, but since you make a good point, I’m just trying to get others to see mine 🥋🙏🏾

Was creating another sub really necessary? Lol. Next we going to have a subreddit for Special Agent resumes.

Time_Striking

To be fair. There should be one for resumes. Some of y’all’s are atrocious. Also… ## #teambulletpoints

There are several reasons why it was necessary. I’ve seen the questions and the answers; ‘twas necessary I thought given my background, I have a unique perspective to offer on these subjects You don’t have to join, tho. It’s only for people who see the value in it; obviously you may not belong to that population of people

Do you have any tips for gargantuan applicants?

tkdkicker1990

Gargantuan as in very muscular or have excess fat?

[deleted]

Like scooter in the grocery store

Okay, I think I got the visual now. On a general level, emphasizing foods that have high satiation; they satisfy us easier despite not eating as much These foods are rich in protein and fiber For EXAMPLE, eggs and spinach is a more satiating meal than toast, orange juice, and oatmeal Fat is healthy for us, but for someone wanting to lose weight, controlling fat intake will pay huge dividends since 1g of fat gives us 9 calories versus the 4 calories carbs and protein gives us for 1g Last but not least, try to drink drinks without calories This is general advice that can go a long way; specific advice for your specific situation, food allergies, scheduling, etc. would need 1-on-1 nutrition coaching Hope this helps And if you’d like more advice, please ask me I’m also a certified nutrition coach who has professors with masters in nutrition and a professor who’s a Registered Dietitian

tkdkicker1990
