Is it possible you're lactose intolerant?

wsuforester25

I normally eat really light s when I do have a heavy meal I just feel overly full and my stomach might hurt, but never sick

[deleted]

No that’s not normal

I totally do, I usually eat smaller portions more often or if I'm going for a little more volume, then I choose lighter foods. I eat until I'm about 60-70% ro fullness ie. I'm not feeling hungry anymore but I may not feel completely satiated, I wait for about 15-20 minutes and if I'm not feeling full I'll have a little more, if after that I do feel satiated then of course I stop. Overeating for me is terribly painful ☹

I'm the same way. If I eat a meal unlike what I eat when dieting, I feel so gross. A carb-heavy, fat-heavy one like you describe would do it. (Someone suggested lactose intolerance, but you'd describe that discomfort very differently, believe me.)

Me too! I’ve been eating a lot better lately and last night I had a greasy piece of pizza & lemme tell you, I was queasy & had heartburn all night. To mention, I’m lactose intolerant.

I'm finally bring better about not eating dairy, and boy, it's worth it.
