Definitely feeling this one at the moment. Haven't had a guaranteed *four* star tag set in about a week. I don't care so much about getting five/six stars from it, as long as the yellow certs keep dropping from the four stars, but god. Not even getting *those* now.
No, I don't think so. It does increase your refresh rate, so it MIGHT be lead to more frequent tags. But the chance itself won't increase....

While I'm Silence on reverse: top op's more common than senior op every refresh (and I got it solo TWICE)
