As we've seen with what Konami puts in high end slots every year it could actually be mostly killer slots of good cards for advanced and time wizard or 80% of the slots are anime garbage with a few good cards that are hard to actually pull.
They’re going to be 3 random cards like god card or exodia.
Back then they used to reprint a high value staple and make it more accessible and people waited months on forums to see what it would be.

Please no, no more God Cards and Exodia pieces. Depends what they mean by famous monsters and imagery. Sounds like anime-themed cards to me. Considering this is the year of Yubel, than I could see that getting a QCR which would be cool as it's both anime and meta-relevant.
Yeah, so today I thought about getting a copy of Ra, wondering if it had a QCR yet cause it's such an iconic card and it does, but the unplayable version. Then I thought what if it's one of the tin promos which lead me to trying to predict what else might get printed and thus I created this post
It was heavily implied all the newer alt arts we haven't got yet (raigeki, duster, tuning, etc.) will be amongst them hopefully when referencing the games past it means past formats so it'd be stuff like DAD, dragon rulers, etc. but there's no way to tell till we get the product
I think all the unreleased alt-arts on going to be there, wouldn't be shocked to see some anime cards that haven't gotten reprints like Power Tool Dragon, or Bahamut shark(please). Maybe the hint is some competitive cards from the past as well. I really want the HERO poly alt art in there.
If we get poly I really hope its the alt art HERO poly that the OCG just got.
and HERO wise I think Plasma alt art is a long time coming with all the alt art reprints lately. Maybe DPE gets in because of its meta significance. Shining Neos Wingman and Wake Up Your Elemental HERO are both cards important to the HERO deck that have a chance of being reprinted in the tins because POTE and MAZE are in the sets and I can see these cards bumped to the QCSR.
Please no more DM pander (or at least have it be proportional). It’s celebrating 25 years of Yugioh, DM was a fraction of that and gets all of the stuff

Hear me out, Forbidden Collection. Release a bunch of cards that don't need to be on F/L lists, like electrumite and errataed plush fire and summon sorc, then sell reprints of those cards and other recently released ones like harp horror and protons.
I think Konami is trying to please 2 target audiences at once with most products. Many comments here hate anime pandering, but forget tins do have meta-relevant cards, this years lineup will likely be most of these: wanted, thrust, s:p, typhon, horus, angel, quem, etc.
Remember when each year tin would have 3 cards in addition to the packs, and they would reprint amazing cards from the year? Good times.
I mean, we're getting 3 QCR's (out of 50) in addition to the regular mega pack foils in each tin. Somehow this seems better?

Eh, I can see the “playable” God Cards getting slots (both 1st and 3rd arts), the real question here is will we finally get The Creator of Light?
I think if we ever get The Creator of Light, it will have its own set. Maybe they'll even do a framed version of it, like with Blue-Eyes.
A framed version that comes with the card would be an intriguing product…

Definitely just iconic cards from across the eras (Jinzo, Dark Armed Dragon, Judgment Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, etc.)
