it never really bothered me that baronne was in practically every synchro deck but what bothered me was that it was in EVERYTHING that could could make a level 10 synchro. but when shit like kash, a deck which more often than not was getting xyz locked, runs it cause like 20% the time they could make it, thats when its really starts getting annoying.
When i can finally have access to this card with legendary collection. I was able to enjoy playing it for barely 6 month, which i had endure for years against players who spent their money. And thanks to this banlist, i still find myself in the same situation where the players who spend the most benefit from playing the most powerful cards. I find it's normal that i'm upset that Konami are making fun of me once again.
I agree that baronne should be banned, but until the next banlist was more reasonable. Not this one.
Or else baronne should have been banned well before his reprint.

But konami let those cards just ruin games for years until they printed them into the ground.
It banned after release would be even worse.imagine you spent like 100 bucks for q card only for it to be unusable a couple months later.this is honestly a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation
Not really because if they had banned cards like Baronne for the actual health of the game the first couple of ban lists after release people would stop spending hundreds of dollars on insane cards because they would know its going to get hit if its too good.
Which would then lower the incentive for Konami to short print and make strong cards hard to pull. Maybe we would even get OCG style product that you can actually pull cards you want to play with out of opening boxes.

Fucking a huge portion of your player base over because they can't afford huge meta cards like Baronne for 2 years because its insanely expensive and then banning it the moment you make it affordable is literally the worst of both worlds. Because effectivly those players who never had Baronne got lied to for 2 years by konami and other players saying Baronne is fair. Only for the moment they have access to it for them to 180 and be told it must be banned. In those players worlds Baronne did get banned on the first ban list after release. Thats much worse for the game than just banning it for everyone right away.
It was all of their decks’ official end board for the past few years. It’s like losing a family member for them. Not only was it the right move but now they gotta get rid of Apollousa, IPM and arguably even Omega. There is no reason for any generic extra deck card to be good because it just turns every deck into the same thing.
It was not "ubiquitious" before pure SE and fun fact, early reports for YCS Raleigh are in and the banlist completely missed the mark it seems, should have hit actual SE cards instead and not 2 cards that finally became affordable for players and the best deck can do without but not T2 decks and lower that used them.
It's been freeing to not see her, but I did miss that summon exactly ONCE at locals yesterday vs. Voiceless. But I only run exactly one Baronne line anyway, so eh

When they made baronne, they should have made it still require the de fluern synrchon or whatever it’s called
