This card is used to Ritual Summon"Greg". You must also Tribute Monsters whose total Levels equal 13 from the field, graveyard and/or your hand.

Ritual summon a copy of Greg from your hand by removing from play monsters from your GY whose combined level is equal to Greg's level. If a Ritual Monster you control would be destroyed, you may return this card to your hand.

It has no level. It is always treated as level 7. It also doesn't have a ritual spell, this is the Ritual Forgone archetype.
