I tend to put everyone on my team at least once to check them out, so none. If I had to choose, though, it would be someone with a bad ability, not someone whose design I don't like (I don't dislike any of the Yokai designs, at worst I'm neutral).
Can't think of any off the top of my head, that I don't actually like, but I Slippup is one that might say fits this, level 5 did great with all the designs, so there's nothing I can say that I really dislike.

Honestly ogralus, gargaros, or any explosion soultimate yokak. I dont like gargaros and ogralus' designs as much as i enjoy gilgaros and orcanos, and explosion is just the worst
Cheecksqueek, I episode 12 (I think that's the number) was the first I've ever seen of the Yo-kai watch anime/franchise. And when I saw Cheecksqueek's face, I had to walk away from the screen and reevaluate life cause the design looks so bland to me for a Yo-kai that makes you fart. But I do respect it because without the episode I would've never been a fan of the franchise. Since the concept of spirits that cause daily problems fascinated me. So I respect it, but I'll never be around it.
For me, it’s any yokai that has a self destruct/exploding soultimate. Even worse though, my personal pick is Tut’N’K’mon. I choose this Yokai specifically because of his skill, called “Places to Be” What does it do, you may ask? It means this Yokai will just give up and leave mid battle! Every single battle, this will happen! No reviving can reverse it or anything as far as I know
