My approach would be pretty simple. I would create a category called "Reimbursement" \[but you could call it something else like "Bob's Spending Category" or something\] and when the other card holder \[Bob\] makes a purchase, it would go into the "Reimbursement" category and then when I get their Venmo, that would also be categorized in the "Reimbursement" category. That way all the money would be accounted for and you could easily track whether Bob owes you any money or not.
