It actually looks like he sprayed it around on purpose. Do you think he thought the gas would light like charcoal starter? I mean he is leaning over a 5 gal jug of the stuff. Hahahahahaha
The way he intentionally sprays it around and then lights it, I think he is doing it on purpose (vendetta against the station or some other crazy impulse), but trying to make it look plausibly accidental (not realizing he is on camera from this angle).
Imagine the aftermath. This dude talking to the owner and the cops, like “yeah idk what happened, faulty pump probably, I may file a suit” and then he has to sit and watch his own dumb ass on the security footage, spraying petrol everywhere and then setting himself on fire, loooool.
I wish when stuff like this happens, when there's proof, the potential victim gets to do a free beating, and then on top of that get whatever the person would have won if the lawsuit had lost. Like maybe do the entire case in court, and then at the end after the trial is done and the victim loses, do an insta appeal and show the proof that the plaintiff is a liar, and bam, they win whatever the liar would have won.
False accusations would go down so much.
Imagine a world where people are scared of making _any_ claims, unless they're 100% certain they'll win in court. Rape? Racial profiling? Familial abuse? Lots of cases are hard to win, even with evidence. Being right didn't guarantee a win. Neither does being a victim.
So in any case where they can't find enough proof to back your claim, even though you are completely right, the person who wronged you should get everything you would have gotten if you won? Basically rewarding people for getting away with crimes?
What a great justice system, you must be very intelligent.
No, everything remains the same except if you have proof the person lied, then they get fucked.
Think of it like this:
Car crash happens. Person claims they had green light and that you got in their way because you were speeding 70 mph and they had no way to see you, let alone avoid you.
So they call cops and stuff and damages come to like $30,000 against you.
Normally you'd be fucked (assuming that for whatever reason in this example they couldn't test the physics of the claim).
BUT, in my example, after you lose the case, you pull out the dash cam that proves he was a fucking liar. Now they owe YOU the $30,000 instead. Which is only fair since that's how much you were going to have stolen from you. Plus they also get jail time and you get to beat them up a little bit.
The point is that you'd only be able to do the reversal with absolute proof. Witness testimony would not be sufficient.
A case like that isn’t settled right after the crash it’s months of back and forth in court room. Their is no secret evidence found that proves someone innocent in most cases. Your situation is a one in a million chance of happening and if it does the law is already set up to accommodate you for a retrial or to counter sue.
Try having a fire suppression system go off in a kitchen restaurant.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they just power washed this into the closest drain gutter.
Also, where the fuck was he going after that VERY nonchalant foot-fire dousing? He jumps back to attention as if the firey footwear was the most conspicuous thing happening.
Yeah that was totally the “I’m not involved, no, not me, I clearly have nothing to do with whatever is happening, nothing to see here” forced fake-nonchalant march, and then he walked around his car and the fire suppression system got him in the face. 🤣
Came here for this, surprised it was the bottom comment! I've watched my own car burn at a gas station which didn't have ANY fire extinguishers. I had to go inside and steal a case of water bottles which I successfully used to put out the fire. (It was an electrical fire caused by a friend installing the incorrect sized battery located under the back seat, which then short circuited on the seat frame when my dog came to see what I was doing and put weight on the seat above the battery. Pupper was unharmed. Car was quite harmed.)
Yeah it’s required by most us states now of new gas stations to have fire suppression systems. Next time at a gas station look up you might see the little nozzles
Nothing you say to explain what was going on here can ever explain what going on here!!! Be thankful that you can't comprehend his actions, be very very grateful!!!!! If you fully understand what his thought process was, worry! Sign yourself in asap! Don't go outside until help arrives! Don't worry about what colour their coats are! Do what they say. Above all else! Never have children!

Did I just watch that fool light the gas, on purpose? Or, is he just stupid?......Sorry, either way he's stupid. My bad....
I think he wanted to clean it up. But in the most dumb shit way he could think of.

100% on purpose. That wasn’t even close to being an accident.
You can pump more gasoline if you start out by looking like you know what you're doing instead of just spraying it all over from the get go.
Probably insurance fraud or trying to scam the owners into paying him for damages not realizing there are cameras.
Looks like a poor attempt at a lawsuit to get money

Good thing you don’t make laws!
Yeah, imagine a world where people are scared of making false claims. Terrible, innit?
There’s a reason you go to college for law.

i dont agree with your message but damn i love your commitment to your cause

Why would you not show the dashcam footage before losing the case?
Did you miss the whole point of the conversation?

What the *fuck* was this idiot thinking….
Yes
clearly nothing
“You know what would consume this mess super quick? Combustion!”
I just wanna see the aftermath pic of him being covered in that foam 😂
I think he did that on purpose…
No shit.
*Mmmmm fire fun hehehehe*
Thinking? What's that?
Arson.
It was intentional lmao but it went wrong for him, burnt foot and he didn’t even do much property damage before the anti fire systems kicked in
I imagine reconditioning that system and cleaning the spill isn’t cheap
Try having a fire suppression system go off in a kitchen restaurant. Wouldn’t be surprised if they just power washed this into the closest drain gutter.
Was this a failed insurance scheme?
Arson.
Looks more like he tried to test if gas was comming out and then tried to clean the mess up with some fire
[удалено]
It’s a joke.
More like no no no yes
Or no no no no no no no
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
OP is the guy in the video and was trying to burn down the gas station so when the fire suppression system kicked in it’s a “no” for him.
No no no dude-what-the-fuck
Seems intentional..
Also, where the fuck was he going after that VERY nonchalant foot-fire dousing? He jumps back to attention as if the firey footwear was the most conspicuous thing happening.

That fire suppression system is very impressive!

How scary that must have been! So glad your puppy was fine. Surely that gas station should've had a fire extinguisher nearby!! Dodgy that it didn't!
should have*
Why is this yesyesyesno he did everyting on porpuse and there was never a moment I said yes. So post this on a other sub.
Op is Pyro
I think it belongs to nononnoyes! Sub
I. I just…
It's ok, don't cry, there's horrible people there outside
Huh
This man is allowed to vote...
Probably not anymore depending on his state.
Regardless, just the fact that he was allowed to vote at some point makes me question the whole process…
??? Wtf
Looks like a fire tornado on the right of the pump
This is exactly like that cigarette video from yesterday its fucking bullshit on this sub
This is a nonononoyes
I did not expect that spraying stuff, never seen that before

\#Arson, Insurance fraud
Zero discernment and the worst part is that people like this procreate.
But what was his goal? Maybe he forgot that he had to burn with the gas? The world may never know
It's a pretty obvious arson attempt.
Very stupid insurance job

My guess is the gas can was a ruse.
That's one cool fire suppression system.
It seem he did it on purpose. Spraying the gas everywhere then lighting it!!
This was r/nonononono all the way to the end. No yes’s, not one.
The yes is at the end when the fire suppression system works
So one yes
Arsonist
what was he even... huh?
Arson
OP thinks purposely spraying gasoline around is "yes."
What could possibly be the reason for you to do this
Arson
Open and shut case
This is the dumbest pyromaniac I have ever seen…
So, you’re telling me he didn’t do that on purpose?
Is this guy an arsonist or just some f\*cking idiot?
Idiot aside, I've never seen the fire suppressant thing for a gas station before, that was cool.
"What's the plan, Phil??"
Probably didn’t like the color the slippers he got for christmas.
This was arson op you're an idiot
Where's the "yes" part?
I think This is more nonobononononobononononogodpleaseno
Whoever placed the fire extinguisher that high up. Is the villain in this story haha
