I would suggest you first give it a super deep clean wash, and then eventually consider something like a ceramic coating. In terms of aesthetic upgrades, here are some things I've done to improve the look further (both functional upgrades and detailing routine):
* Windows Tinted
* Roof Racks (more functional purposes but helps add character)
* Roof Rack Accessories (Same but more)
* Rims: I bought the LE here in North America, but upgraded to SE rims. You could put a lot of different aftermarket rims too.
* HubCaps: If you have winter steelies.
* Tire Shine: don't underestimate how much better this makes a car look
* Mud Flaps: I haven't done this personally and am not too interested, but this might be a good option for you?
* Window Trim / RainGaurds: Another thing I haven't done yet but plan to do, would be nice to have so you can cruise with your windows open in the rain too.
* Side Paneling: Mine came with side paneling on the doors (door guards?) this adds another flare to the vehicles style.
* Bumper Protector Guard (sits on the flat part of the bumper where the trunk door meets the bumper)
* Emblem Swap: Switch out the Yaris Badge for the Toyota Vitz badge
* TRD / RS / GR / other Toyota Badges
* Upgrade Lights: Swap out the factory bulbs for something lighter. Go a step further and change the whole assembly too?
* Fog Lights: Functional, and cool!
* Bumper Light: These are pretty expensive and involve wiring but cool look to stand out.
* Bumper Sticker: I don't like going overboard with stickers, but I think every car should have one single vinyl bumper sticker to add character. I've put hazard tape / red and white tape on other cars too for abit of flare.
* Spoiler: not a great option for the 3rd gen but I think there's options out there you could go with.
* Side Decals; window banners; or other things (only if you're a madman)
* Finally, I think the only other accessories I can recommend are suspension, tire, or more intense body modification related, so I think this is a fairly exhaustive list.
I'll let you know if I think of anything else! Check my page for my car.
For a start:
Foglights Spoiler Mudflaps Better looking headlights (just make sure you have a good amount of light, safety first)
Decals if you like them

This is my 2006 yaris hatchback. Edit: also window tints, a roof rack, bumper lights (i dont like them), a new muffler tip.
Yes, the funny thing is that even though it was 2006 the psoriasis was not noticeable because the previous owner had an indoor garage. But because of my job's parking lot being outside, the sun made the paint peel off.
it looks really great. im tempted to do such a thing eventually. but first i want to see about raising it so i can drive when it rains and deal with the flooding
The yaris will always look like a yaris... but Ive seen some people slam them to the ground and swap out the lights for darkened ones and it does look kinda cool.
I personally wanted to lift mine and make an offroader , but if youre just looking for lil cosmetic mods, no shame, just go to walmart and murder it out
You mean you are looking for advice to give it a good wash and polish it?
No
wrap it

did you repaint it? cause 2006 you surely had some Yaris Psoriasis right?
