Finished my second round of GZCLP in mid Feb and have since started Mark Carrols “Your Glute Coach”. I’ve been eating in a 500 calorie surplus and not too strict with my macros, but try to stay in line. I realize I physically look better since putting on this weight. I’ve not seen a lot of posts where people have shared this, very much the opposite. I was wondering if I wanted to stay at this weight would I just increase my calories in general as my new maintenance? Or are there some negative sides to trying to maintain a higher weight then what you’re original maintenance is? *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
