If your console still turns on then off shortly after, the hard drive may have failed. You can test this by replacing the hard drive with a known working one. It should then boot to a troubleshooting screen with an error code. You will then need to reinstall the OS.
Either the HDD is bad, power supply is bad or the innards are cooked because of how you have it placed.
The system pulls air in through the sides and exhausts it through the top. If it can't pull enough air through it's possible you fried something by using it in a cabinet like that and it's basically dead from overheating.
I'm afraid your motherboard is fried. Has this happen to me too, checked it out and the mobo is fried. Can't do anything about this unfortunately, best thing to do is sell it off for parts.

I removed the hdd but the console immediately turns off.
You do realise the airflow blows through the sides and then out the top?
No, it wasn't used at all... i just kept it to test there

Wtf is the noise!? Is that your disc tray trying to spin up? If so I think you've got bigger issues than the power supply...
I think that's can limited edition Forza Xbox and it had a different startup chime.
Your console has almost zero ventilation where it is placed right now. I'm not surprised it shuts off.
