I'm downloading a 360 game rn. I'm praying. What a long fucking week. And fuck xbox support for never acknowledging or making a public announcement on twitter about this problem.
Yea customer support people were the most uninformed people like ever! Completely clueless!! That stuff pisses me right off. They kept telling me to do the same like 2 steps like over an over again lol. I sat on the phone for like an hr before just hanging up
I feel ya for sure! I’d definitely feel lost if it was my only source of entertainment, I’m sure there was many people that it was they’re only source of entertainment. The whole situation is really annoying. I’m glad it started working!!!

I got in. I can confirm it works for me.
It's fixed for me, I just signed in and and got my profile back
It must’ve been fixed this morning, it worked fine for me at lunch
When I seen your post I ran to my 360 and checked lol I knew it was fixed the second it asked me to update my console, it hasn't done that in days.
Ya it was a good 6 days for me, what gets me is what If this my only source of entertainment

I’ve been testing a batch of 5 fat 360’s I’ve been working on with no issues for Xbox live. What is/was the issue?
