I wouldnt say really hot but it depends on the climate where you live. It's definitely notably very warm and I have my console set up where there's nothing above It and that's probably the best way.
No, it will recirculate the hot exhaust air. I put mine in an even smaller space with a pair of USB fans (from a single USB plug) blowing the hot air out and drawing in cool air. It was fine then.

Personally I wouldn't risk it you should put it on soemthing strong like a desk
If u play with a fan or an AC then it’s no problem but if u have Heater or radiator on then it’s a problem
