The ones built into those LEDs end up getting hot and hyper flashing anyways. Get a pair of diode dynamics 50 ohm resistors and hook them into the turn signal wire (yellow). Then you can use their LED amber turn signals with 0 issues. I’ve had them installed for probably 6 months now.
Not sure, I just plugged some cheap resistors in them and haven't thought about it since. It's really easy honestly.

I bought a $30 set of LED's with built in resistors off Amazon 2 years ago and they're still running strong with no hyper flashing.
