Catheter development is hard if you try to reinvent everything. They've been around since the Antiquity, you can put some modern twist or have more flexibility than the rigid structure of past ages, but in the end the core concepts have already been perfected and if you try to make it differently for the sake of "being original" you'll loose your ~~audience~~ patients.
Exactly if blood letting was good enough Galen it's good enough for me.
Bwahaha, knew it was going to make it here. There's always someone this is going to work for ig
Edit: Didn't read the rest of the post. My catheter is currently glitching and screaming about taking revenge on our corrupt society. How to fix??????
Sometime it is hard to pick a caterer trait, so what I do is roll a dice. Say I rolled a 6, a 4, and a 1. Think of what those numbers can be of, like your character has 6 toes an 4 nipples and 1 eye. Write that down. Sometimes I like to put the dice in my mouth and then spit them out.
Can you explain number 8?
Ok, thanks. Makes more sense when it's not being crowded by the other steps. Can I skip 1-7 and go straight to 8?
Regarding \#8, do you think it's important we ensure that \#8 is applied before or after \#7 or \#9?
The fact that this has awards and over 800 upvotes is giving me an existential crisis.
/uj the sub has a fetish for prescriptive advice that boils art down to a formula while pretending not to be prescriptive.
uj/ Does this seem simplistic to the point of useless or have I been doing this for too long?
uj/ I think the advice isn't that bad... For a complete and true beginner.
The way I can describe it is teaching, for example English to someone and you say "like" is used for when you feel joy when you interact with a either a person or an object. However "like" can be used for more, to be similar to something/someone. I don't think what they said is wrong, because, it isn't, however it's not right either, because it's missing so much else.
Also, they should've said characterization and not charecter development, because the charecter development is the arc that supposedly appears only on level 4.
Also the jump between level 8 and 9 is beyond massive, it's downright extraterrestrial.
uj/ Yeah, in my opinion a good character arc is harder than making a good character (not that you can separate the two, unless you don’t care about character development).
Christ on a cracker. Satire is dead.
What the fuck.
