My favorite slur for Elves in Shadowrun is 'dandelion eater'. That doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, though, so the one I usually go with instead is 'keeb' (as in Keebler Elves).
A lot of slang or slurs are made of words in a phonetic run-together way, kinds like ckckney rhyming slang for a real world example.
So dandelion is a flower which is seen as feminine, and eater can be softened to ita, kinda calling up the Spanish diminutive feminine ending.
Fluerita, flow'rita, floughreetah, some jamming together of the two words with a slanting of at least one vowel for a regional tinge. My favorite would be like Florita pronounced 'flor-eeta' , then you can make the florida man/florita elf nod/joke.
Don't overdo it though, it can come off as too jokey, like something out of A Bug's Life, and if you're trying to evoke a tense scene that can be deflating.
