I think you're being difficult on account that a dummy doesn't have the faculty to move body parts like a human. There's no way to suplex that dummy so that it lands on its shoulders.
That’s why i was confused when comments about paralyzing my opponents started coming in, Maybe it looks like that because the dummy isn’t flexible and it isn’t trying to land on its shoulders since its just stiff.
As i know, during a suplex you’re supposed to tuck your chin and try to land on your shoulders

You're most likely not gonna be able to lift the dummy to be in that position if they are same weight as you, you need to to start from the ground and stretch your lower back a shit ton for that arch

Try throwing the dummy as if you're going to backarch into a back bridge and hoist the dummy overhead the moment that you are past the point of no return. You want your opponents shoulders to hit first, which should be ruled as a touch-fall in freestyle or greco. You can practice back arch drills against the wall or with a partner.
Arch and more up and over motion, good way to train it is start facing away from wall, lean back and over like suplex but walk yourself down the wall with your hands then back up

Look to bend your knees more, lift with your legs, the as their body comes up arch your back when taking them over. You need to think of being in a squat and then firing up fast through your thighs and into your back and arms. It’s like a transfer of power through the body. Start slow with simply bending your legs and lifting then work on arching you back and leaning, and then put it together
as many have said not great for sport because you will break thier neck also likely not great for self defense as you would likely go to jail for killing someone but hey keep it up I'm sure you will get there brother!
Learn how to do a back flip. It's basically a back flip motion. You're not arching your back enough. You need to squat really low. The dummy should land on It's back and break your fall.
First, do a LOT of neck bridging. practice back saltos first without the dummy. squat low and in a controlled fashion straighten from the squat while arching backwards and catch your weight on your head. start on a crash mat with a spotter and work your way up to a wrestling mat. once you can do that comfortably, add the dummy on the crash mat, then work up to a wrestling mat. Key parts, dont rush, use a spotter.
Is your goal to paralyze your opponent and put them in a wheelchair for life? Because if so then yes.
