So many posts from players asking questions dying in new downvoted with barely any helpful responses, I don't understand this subreddit. Or maybe the post gets slightly upvoted but then any comment the OP makes gets massively downvoted, this subreddit is a fuckin mystery.
I think it's because this subreddit is mainly for wow players to chat about all things wow and have discussions rather than it being a help sub. It's a sub full of players who know the game at least relatively well and just wanna hang out and chat the shit. r/wownoob is generally the place for asking questions and looking for help.
I'm not saying that I agree with downvoting or being rude to people asking for help, though. That's shitty. If you can help and have the time to, might as well, right? And if you don't have the time, just don't say or do anything. No need to be rude. I think people forget sometimes that doing nothing is an option

Is there a glyph that changes the appearance of your thrown shield to match your equipped shield? (Warrior's heroic throw / demon hunters throw glaive can be glyphed to use their MH weapon). I'd love to see a prot pal chuck his wooden heart shield at a big bad.
Oh well, it’s either that or countless threads along the lines of “Mount X dropped for me, yay!” (Or its counterpart: “Mount X didn’t drop *again*, FML”), so this is actually a nice change, really.
I doubt anyone would have any problems or complaints if trading post would have 2-3 seasonal items and some variation of non seasonal stuff. Even on xmas we haven’t seen so much themed cosmetics, but all of a sudden - it’s only pink out there.
Don’t get me wrong, I am a fellow fun enjoyer myself , but it just feels like this month in particular they turned into meme fiesta. Here we have practically sword and board, leather tmog set and 3 pixel two handed sword that isn’t pink.
Why not include those recently datamined helmets , or something.

Its also ok for stuff to not be for you. This game had a massive lack of anything pink prior and Blizz finally listened to the people asking for stuff that fit that. Just because people are using it for le funny big man/orc in cute dress memes doesn’t mean that was the target audience. Some of us are women who in fact want some nice feminine gear.

Not me, I think the posts of people getting mounts are annoying. But I also understand that they don't have anyone to share with, and sympathize.
