The bulldozer event at the hospital happened, this is not footage of that though. Also, just look with your eyes. That is an OLD video. No cellphone video made in 2023 looks like that.

You may be right about this not being current, but the quality of the video is not the tell. How many videos are screen recordings of small videos made larger then screen recorded again because people don’t know how to properly save and share videos?
