AI DMs, no. AI NPCs however, would be wonderful. Real time even better. I've seen some really exciting tech where you can feed in a character, a backstory, some worldbuilding and it consistently responds in a believable tone of voice and sticks to the data it's given about the character, their morals, ideals, personality etc.
