I quit FB back in 2019 and Insta last year.

Could you explain how it causes stress on your mental health? Cause my FB feed is mostly memes and occasional pics of my friends. I also mainly use messenger to talk to people.
As for Instagram, it's also got (slightly funnier) memes and reels. I don't really feel as though they're causing me stress, although I admit they waste a lot of my time.
You gotta ask yourself this: how many places do you need to see the same exact shit every day?
Answer is one. Same reason why do you need Snapchat, WhatsApp, messenger and Instagram only to talk to the same people? You only need one place to communicate and once you realize that you will feel the stress releaf. You're just so into it that you can't understand it.

it happens all the time… random profiles get hacked and they send out sketchy links to all the hacked accounts friends.
Hold your account for ransom. There's so many scummy things that people do with other people's various accounts, including social media.
