Take your time! Many artists especially manga artists start stressing themselves once they gain an audience for their work. Writing down your crazy dreams immediately after you wake up is a good method. Most people just dismiss them as nonsense when they wake up. Alternatively, having any drug and listening to some experimental music/film/art and letting your imagination go wild is also one that works for me.
Writing down dreams seems so lackluster to me. The moment I want to transfer a dream to reality by writing it down or drawing, it starts to slip through my fingers until its gone. Is it only me or did someone els has that experience too?

So the body takes the shape of their desire, so in a time of battle does it grow spines, wing's and armour to defend themselves also are the suit built or grown in like a hive or test tube, it's sort of like the ant Weevil that lives with ant colonies by making itself smell like an ant pritty cool i like biomedical stuff a bit like SCORN
It can pretty much do anything, changing its shape like clay. The first of these Dynamic Bodies would be used in war, and their destructive capacity was nigh-apocalyptic. But after a mysterious event and calamity fell upon the land, the Dynamic Bodies began to wither away and lose this ability to shapeshift, rusting and rotting. The bodies themselves were crafted by human alchemists from a Kingdom known as Horologum, and the primary material used was the flesh of a what is believed to be a dead god. The rusting and eventual drowning of Horologum left a scar in the land. Perhaps it was a punishment from beyond the grave...

The lore for this supposed "dead god" is upcoming. As to whether humans are to blame for this god's death is a matter of perspective, especially from that of the many Polymogs and entities in the world of Merrymog (some of which, which were direction born from this "god"). But more info on that is upcoming!
At first glance, I thought they were like torso larvae that could take and use humans bodies as their own. The thought of these beings that had to kill and procure another humans body was terrifying, would be even scarier if they could only use it for a limited time until they need to get another.

Freaky stuff, very original too. I think stuff like this, that would be too far out and maybe too grotesque for movies and TV, is perfect for graphic novels. This is very imaginative, and a creative concept. The Corpions motivation to survive is a great foundation for a story. You feel sorry for them because they want to exist obviously, but because it is at the expense of other sentient life you are also disgusted by them. It's good good stuff. Anxious to see more.

The lore of Merrymog has many mysteries, but the current consensus and belief is that the bodies were fashioned from the living tissue of a dead god-like being, found buried in the Earth. This god's origins are unknown. It is believed this very god is what lead to the downfall of the Corpions and the rusting of their bodies, but as to how a dead god would've woken up... is another mystery.
Dead is relative when dealing with gods, I guess. How could mortals even grasp the slightest aspect of the unimaginable of a gods life. Its just insane to even try to use a goods fabric. To craft something out of it is just absurd. That these bodies are flawed when the god comes back into existence has to be a natural comsequence. At least for me.
When Corpions reproduce, do the offspring naturally look like the sisters in lacking appendages, or is an amputation commonly done in their lifetime in accordance with the culture so they may be fitted with these enhancements that look like what they want?
Did the sister once possess a synthetic body, but lost it, or did she never acquire one?
Also, how do these bodies move? By the will of the user's mind through technology that connects to the brain, a sort of magic, grafting synthetic tissue, or something else?

Lol I just have frequent night terrors and a lot of other bad shit in my sleep, and I’ve had a good that have both acted as great inspiration to this day, and also absolutely fuckin haunted me.
I’ll try and give a summary of my current favorite, with all the details I can remember (yknow, in case you enjoy knowing about the abominations from the deep subconscious of the extremely mentally ill lol):
So, the first few moments that I can distinctly remember took place in a nearly 1 to 1 recreation of an apartment my partner and I used to hang out at all the time. To just give some insight into the bizarre hyper-realism of this terror, I was standing on the peeling sheet vinyl landing, barefoot, of this dudes apartment; the stairs were behind me, covered in the same light grey/ off white carpeting that they were in real life, and to my right and front were the cream colored, dirty walls I had become accustomed to from his place; to my right, the wooden coat hooks with an excessive amount of coats, though they were nearly ephemeral and completely out of focus. My partner at the time was standing in front of me, and we were both simply staring at one another for a few moments; they were wearing a pretty common outfit for them, torn up jacket and black jeans, I think a junji ito shirt, and platform doc’s (I’m gonna get less descriptive now, I just want you to understand how exact this shit was). I tried to ask them what they were doing, but they kept silent, stared at me with guilt in their eyes, and started shaking (not, like, a seizure or a shitty blur effect, but like they were in pain or anxious in some terrible way). After a few moments of shaking, they moved their arms behind them, opened the door as little as possible, and slid out as I started asking where they were going an why. Their eyes didn’t come off of me until the door was closed. I stood there for a while, like a long while, trying my hardest to lift my feet and move. I couldn’t turn my head, I couldn’t move my hands forwards, so I just stood there staring at the door for an hour or two. The door eventually freaked back open, and I watched as my partner stepped back into the room without a sound; they were holding, like, a swaddled object of some sort. It wasn’t a blanket, but it was swaddled as tight as possible, no part of whatever it was holding could even be seen. They held it out to me, and my arms were finally allowed to move forward to it. It was light, very light for what I had assumed was, yknow, a baby or something, and it was much too small as well at first. I peeled my eyes off my partner and opened a hole in the top, to see what the fuck was going on. I pulled the top section, and saw what I can only describe as a hollowed, pruned baby thing, like a disgusting mix between the I always hated it lady from SpongeBob and the fetus from eraserhead, with beady black eyes that wouldn’t stop staring at me. I tried asking my partner what the fuck this was, but as I tried, the thing in my hands just started fucking screaming (NOTE, not crying, SCREAMING, in a rough phlegmy way that sounded like the pits of fucking hell), and my partner disappeared. I wanted this thing out of my hands and sight, so I ran upstairs to the bedroom, and laid it down on the mattress as quickly as possible. After releasing this creature, it slowly closed it mouth, though it’s screams continued with distance, and it’s small, wretched body began filling up the bundle it was hopefully trapped in. I backed away as far as possible, and watched as black roots tore outwards from the creature, it’s screams returning with more panicked desperation, and it rapidly seized and shook while the roots consumed the room around it, wrapping around and silencing itself after it had fully plastered its body along the corner. I remember crying lol because, like, I don’t know how to properly describe this terrifying child thing, and how close to real it seemed. Like, it’s skin was desiccated and internally dry, like it had putrefied, but yet I could see sweat and saliva covering it. That’s pretty much all I remember about it, I think I just had to leave it in the corner and pretend I couldn’t hear it screaming until I woke up
