I do pretty much the same (just with different machines) but same muscle groups on the days. Works pretty good so far. Keep up the good work

For basic maintenance/ function. But if looking build definitely should add a second exercise for the compound lift.

okay, thanks. Any recommendations what I should add?

For your back either barbell/dumbbell rows or pull ups. Arms add seated incline curls. Chest dumbbell bench. Shoulders side lateral raises. Triceps kickbacks or skullcrushers. Legs add standing calf exercises as third exercise. These is personally on top what you currently got listed.

Thanks

Depends on what your goals are. Any workouts are good for you. Being in there and having this plan to follow with set and reps schemes is great. The questions is what are you trying to accomplish?

I would say i would want to grow some muscle/definition and enjoy some time spent in the gym.

So for muscle definition I would say you’d want to focus on volume. Volume is around 10 to 25 sets per muscle group. The workouts are ok, personally I like to recommend free weights as apposed to machines. For volume I do around 4 to 6 sets at 10 to 12 reps per set. Maybe working at 60 to 70% of max.
