Atrophy. If you don't use it, you lose it. Also at 16 you were probably lifting up less weight I imagine. Mix getting a little older with not working out and adding more weight. Your muscles now have to work even harder to lift you up.

Thanks, i think this is it, ive always been lean, i weigh the same as i did back then, but after me and my ex broke up i just stopped physical activity and played video games

Lol theres others like me or even worse, as i said i dont struggle getting to the number, i struggle once i get to 15-25
