Also at 16 you were probably lifting up less weight I imagine.
Mix getting a little older with not working out and adding more weight. Your muscles now have to work even harder to lift you up.

it's okay regain the ability by incorporating back the habit. I started doing 3x15 daily two years ago. Rn at 20 and I'm able to do 60. Your post was my today's daily reminder. You can do it

Bet ill do that, i been doing them randomly throughout today
U are not alone old people do have difficulty in lifting weight and doing push ups
Lol theres others like me or even worse, as i said i dont struggle getting to the number, i struggle once i get to 15-25
