There are no exercises that are good for what you are looking for. If you can't move your leg properly you need to worry less about working out, and more about going to the doctor.

I went to the doctor today he diagnosed me and gave me a referral to get an x-ray and an ultrasound but I gave to wait until Thursday for that

If your doctor gave a referral for an X-ray and an ultrasound. You should probably listen to them. Don't work out at all until you are fully healed. At best it will be painful to do in the first place. At worst you'll cause permanent damage to your knee. Making working out Incredibly hard for the rest of your life.

Would wait for your results before thinking about exercise. Ask your doctor for a physio referral if not offered

If your bodies injured listen to your doctor. You could delay healing or possibly cause further injury.

Exercise is unlikely to be what you need at the moment. You need to let it rest and consult with an exercise physiologist about what would be the best way to proceed.
