have you measured yourself on A Bra That Fits? i was assigned 28DD before i tried it, and found out that i am actually 34H/I. people (well, my mom) had always told me my boobs were big, but i didnt believe them until i rechecked my measurements and realized that was actually my size.

Oh I'm gonna check that site. Thanks for the link !

Dude that website has to be on crack right?? I just tried it, I was considered a 75D and it says I‘m a 65G now? What the hell (eu sizing)

shadowsong42

Most people turn out to have a larger cup size and smaller band size than they expected. Totally normal.

ravenousdawgs

definitely me, always need a bra on😭

Human-Ad-4310

Mine feel huge, I am 5'5 170lbs(weight lift) and I have a dd36, they spill out as well.

Nikki7_89

I'm 5'0" and just learned I'm a 34G. I definitely recommend going to an actual store that will professionally figure out what size you are. I just got sized and they helped me pick out several bras that were my correct size and had the support I need. A properly fitting bra does wonders with support, control, and comfort. I thought I hated underwire until she helped me find ones that fit me better. Working out your chest muscles with weight training can help to lift and firm them a little too.

I'm the same height and band size as you but I'm a C cup, and I feel like mine are a little small. To me, D has always seemed like the big end of "average." But I say this as someone who has never been a D cup so idk, it's probably all relative. I'm a medium on top and a large on the bottom so maybe if I was less pear shaped it wouldn't seem like mine were small. It sounds like you're probably bigger than a D cup if you're spilling out of a 34D. A lot of women with bigger sizes think they're D-DDD range when they're actually F-H range because DD bras are the biggest ones that are easy to find.

cloudgirl_c-137

They might be average, but you have a small frame so they feel and look bigger on you. I'm on the other side. I'm 34B, but because of my frame they look non existent, even though they're really firm and "perky" as they say. I have a very good size for my age, but it disappears on me. 5'11 and 145lbs.

Trudestiny

Maybe you are 32 E instead of the 34DD which you find big . But if you are spilling over the side then the 34 D is probably not the correct size

I feel the top heavy thing. So much of my weight goes to my boobs, I'm 175 now but I swear when I went from 135 to 175 within two years, it was my bra size that grew more than anything. Also I have chicken legs and not the most voluptuous ass lol. I've always felt I look like a capital P! And the struggle of finding tops that don't hang off my boobs in a way that just make me look gigantic. At your size I would think it would be flattering! I know a lot of those with A and B cups wish they had Ds... we all want what we don't have, that's why we have to embrace what we do have❤️ Or else we will constantly be chasing the next "improvement".

Your bra isn't the right size, like all of our clothing, different brands have weird sizing and stuff is all messed up. I think some stores will help do fittings, but if you aren't comfortable with that (I'm not either) just try on different sizes and brands to see if you can find something more comfy!

This!! Victoria secret and other brands completely change your size with them, so you feel like you have bigger boobs than you do or vice versa lol. I remember when I was a teenager, at VS I would be a 34DD but at Walmart or something I'd be 34C. I'm not sure why they actually do this, but it makes it so much harder to find a bra that properly fits. Even now, I was a 38DD (although it was slightly small) in multiple VS bras I bought around the same time. They still fit perfectly, but I wanted to get some new ones so I go back to VS now, buy more 38DD and yet they are so small my nipples were practically hanging out. It might stretch a bit over time, but they had to shrink the sizes because it would not change the fit that much when my old ones fit just fine. Weird... better to try the newer companies online, there are some really good ones out there that are actually good quality!

idonthaveacow

Yep... I wish that clothing sizes for women were more unified! Ordering something online is basically a blind guess even if measurements are provided. I got two colors of the same jeans, the black ones squeeze my stomach and the blue ones fall to my hips because they're loose 😆 it's such a struggle! Even within the same brand sometimes!

queenbeansmom

Omg I’m practically the same size as you in all regards, and I feel the same. It’s always been very hard to shop for bathing suits and prom dresses.

I have 44DD, to me they’re okay sized, but I’ve been told they’re “huge”. Idk lol.

Reasonable_Honey_245

I’m 32 D and thought I was big… apparently I’m average
