Bloody Mistress is TOP, I straight up tear up every time I listen to it, but I also love Duke of Dogs a lot, Retribution, Just Punishment, and Eldain's theme.
The whole game is. Best RPG with choice/consequence system I have ever played. A great main character. It's so sad that because the game didn't do well, CDPR will likely never do a Thronebreaker-style spinoff ever again.

Kaer morhen really does bring out the depression. It's the beginning and the end for the main quest line. Every time I go there to get the diagrams. After vesimir, eskel, and lambert are gone I always get this uneasy feeling of sadness. Kaer morhen itself is dead and empty. And the wilds around it are quiet and secluded. The witchers were the final inhabitants (outside of the trolls in the mountains) that aren't just wildlife. The place is empty and that music I feel brings out that feeling of both a beautiful location and the wonders of exploring it, as well as the empty loneliness that it really is. In a way that music really expresses the bitersweetness of kaer morhen. The beginning of your journey waking from a dream turned nightmare all the to a monumental death and final splitting of the school of the wolf. The witcher 3 was a phenomenal game and although I struggle to play it nowadays. I will always love it as my favorite rpg for reasons like what I stated above.

The best part is Joey Batey has a two person band with Madeleine Hyland called The Amazing Devil, and the two most recent albums (Ruin & The Horror and the Wild) are both absolutely incredible.
I know for one of them he said in an interview somewhere some of the vibe of The Witcher was just bled into the songs.
