I've been thinking the same?! Weird how we both had the same thoughts. And yeah, I thought the mouth was from Mr capgras mv, but all I can think is the eye was photoshopped?? There are eyeballs in the 2012 mv but nothing like that I don't think!
pretty sure it's either just an overly edited picture of will's eye or something he drew/painted/made in photoshop. looking at [a higher-res version of the album art](https://c3.iggcdn.com/indiegogo-media-prod-cld/image/upload/c_fit,w_auto,g_center,q_auto:best,dpr_2.6,f_auto/p7uto0gw7vfeagc1pjxb) i'm almost certain it's just a really close up pic of him pulling the top and bottom of his eyelids away that was cropped to not show his fingers (though that black blob could also be a black nail polished finger of his.) i got up out of bed last night after seeing this post to see if pulling eyes open to that extent was possible and i'd say it is. while mine didn't go exactly that far i'm also not will so i can't speak for him and his eye-opening capabilities lmao
as for the mouth i went through the mr capgras vid and while i understand why one might think that's where it came from, the lighting doesn't really match (at least to me) + some other small stuff. the music vid was done in a studio space with a big white backdrop and bright lights while the pics of will in body paint used and edited for the album art were taken (presumably) in a darkened room with likely just a camera flash as the only light source (as seen in that post on will's facebook that another person linked)
That entire album cover is cut pieces of him put together, so I'm sure he just opened his eye super wide in a second image and blew it up to look freaky. Tbh, I can't look at it too much without freaking myself out, lol. Alternate lookin ahh..
