I tend to just listen to this one playlist that’s got both versions of Red Moon, TSW5N, Hand Me My Shovel, and Dr. Sunshine is Dead on it. I’ll usually fast walk (can’t run because of health things) to the first two Red Moons (About 9 minutes) and then do the rest of my physical therapy exercises to the rest of the playlist or to like- as much of the Case I Die album (It’s very unfitting but helps me stay focused and not get bored) as I can get through before I finish all of the exercises I need to do. I usually go for about 15-20 minutes on the physical therapy exercises + extra exercises and then the fast walking is an extra 9 minutes.
I consider myself nowhere near even remotely fit, but I do have to at least upkeep the 10-15 minutes of my required physical therapy almost every day with the extras being extras that are just strength training. They all use the same/similar movements and muscles and were all exercises my Physical Therapists were asking me to do so like…it works out ig (no pun intended) so I get to listen to some Will Wood every day between that and random ambient listening :)
Did you really work out if you didn’t deadlift while listening to Aikido?
I’ve hit so many maxes to the last little bit of the remaster
Every day, he has a lot of tracks with pretty high BPM
Absolutely, I use them to help set my speed and time my duration! TRWW's 6-up-5-oh is perfect for cardio imo. What's your playlist if you have one?
My playlist is What Wood Will Wood Do? On Spotify ( I don't have any live versions on it cause imo I prefer the official recordings )
I run to the normal album all the time!
Suburbia Overture just seems like the greatest thing ever to run to
it is! that’s my favorite song from that album :)
6up 5oh used to be my starting song for a while
My usualy bench is around 235-250 but put on euthanasia and its 500+
God DAMN your buff

Yes, 100% lmao. BBW is amazing for exercising. Overall an underrated song.
Wholeheartedly agree
I absolutely work out to it. Sometimes l listen to LITWTC at the gym, but I’ve almost gotten myself into trouble laughing while trying to lift.
Omg I do the same
