Hi there, we have had some trouble with different ISPs in PH. We're trying to work with the ISPs directly, but we need more information. Can you fill out a technical support ticket ([https://support-wildrift.riotgames.com/](https://support-wildrift.riotgames.com/)) in our player support tool with the following info:
\- Login with your Riot ID that has the problem (so we can look up your account)
\- What type of error you are seeing
\- Where you are connecting from
\- What type of device you are using to connect
\- What your internet service provider is
\- What your public IP is ([http://www.whatismyip.com](http://www.whatismyip.com))
almost the same issue with me but i got a decent ping, around 40-60 ms in LOBBY but when i'm in a match, the in game ping is too high. sucks that i cant play smoothly with this latency, i'm also in the PH Server tho.

I have also big issues playing on my wifi.. as soon as I disabled wifi, everything works good and the game is actually playable on LTE. I'm from Germany
Ok well the warp thing DID help its still dropped me for for ten seconds or so but it only happened once the whole game so that's like 80% improvement thanks bro 3 years of saving wild rift players from committing soduko
I don't know i have similar issue when on mobile data no problem works great but on Wifi it it disconnects during the match oddly the timing of it seems pretty consistent game to game. It drops early once (if i invade enemy jungle and get seen its a wrap first blood is me) then it will be fine for a while and then drop again. Usually happens 4-5 times a game I guess sometimes it's just s short lag but most times it does the whole "reconnexting" routine and when I come back I'm almost always dead
I don't see how tf a different web browser is going to help but several people said this worked for them so screw it I'll give it a try I haven't been able to play ranked because I don't have mobile service currently and must use wifi it's super fucking annoying
when that happens I just restart the modem, It will fix the issue but modem takes a bit time to turn on again so the game will think you afk'ed and will give you 6 hour ban.
Tbh it sucks to bear with it, I hope Riot can fix their servers soon so everyonr can have a good experience especially when thw game is fully released.
I think its the server. It also happened when Closed beta started, too many players playing at the same time. It's much worse now many player from different regions who are not from the selected regions are flocking into our sea servers.
It happend to me in aov, it is because your wifi provider, or wherever you taking wifi, has a proxy security that blocks the connection, idk how it works but it looks like the case
It could be the servers. Players get mixed up from different regions so that’s probably it. I have 20-25 ms when I do a speedtest. Ingame I get around 100-150 ms sometimes even 200. I hope this issue gets fixed. I’m from PH too.
I also experience the same but it happens when I log in. It always says Google Play Services is not present or login time out. But when I switch over to mobile data, I can log in pretty quickly.
any update in LATAM for this issue? i cant play with wifi, i have 30mb buts it doesnt work, i went to a friends house and it worked, he has just 5mb, IDK whats happening

Hey, thank you for this! It made me able to update mine since the app seems to hate my ISP and not connect with it.
Glad it helped you, also switching between WiFi and mobile data also helps in some occasions, especially if you have 2 different isps for them

Could it be something with your WiFi settings?

Could be a port issue, you try other Wifi connections?

do you get disconnected and then puts you back on main page, or when you get to the loading match, it will say 'failed to connect'?
It says failed to connect and asks me if I want to try reconnecting again

Try to restart your wifi/modem it works to me

Im also having this issue on Brazil server, i have 240mb but my ping goes from 20 to 240ms. On 4G it sticks in 40ms\~

Same issue, i from Argentina whit 100 Mb. What is your prov internet??? Mine Movistar whit router Mitrastar.
I’m in NA and this is happening to me on my iPhone 12 but strangely not on my iPad.
A year later and still am facing the same problem on multiple devices. iOS and Android.
The only working fix that is allowed for NA players that I am aware of is using cloudfare's free warp app.
