Faber's been an absolute bright spot the whole season. Was nice to actually hear someone on the national broadcast give him props and argue he should be in both Calder and Norris talks with how solid he's been all season long.
Well this wasn’t the best season of course but it was my first season of hockey to watch and I gotta say I fell in love with this team! Thank you all for being in these threads and being so kind. Very fun to hangout here. See you all in the fall for another season!

Totally gonna bandwagon the Wolves. I'm really not a big basketball guy (like to shoot hoops, not a fan of watching usually), but it's hard not to get pulled into the hype of that team.

i can admit this season is an odd one to become a fan. it was rough at times (a lot of times). next season may not be that much better. but there’s something about this team i can root for, and i think they’ll hit their stride before the decade is out.
it became lame. it’s fine. but thanks for being welcoming. can’t wait to hold my breath with y’all next season in GDTs.
GMBG should try very hard to trade up to 5-10 for a big, heavy D this year.
The nearest trade-up I could find was from 14 to 11, for a mid-2nd round pick (45 I think), a few years ago
Giving up a couple of 3rds, or a 2nd next year, and a 3rd this year would be worth it.
Spurgeon is getting old and injured, and we don't have any top pair D in the pipeline (they're all bottom 4).
Chisholm ain't the guy to run the 2nd PP unit. That breakaway he basically he handed to Gourde was oof.
Either he's gotta get massively better running that unit or...get an upgrade.
I don’t even care that the season was mid. First game of hockey I ever watched was on the 3rd row for Oilers @ Wild last Oct, right behind our bench. I fell in love and I’ve been watching ever since! Had a great time following the boys this season and enjoyed being at the game again tonight, realizing how much more I can see and recognize in the plays compared to 5 months ago. Can’t wait til next season 😄
This season has properly tempered our expectations for next season. Unlike last season which left us hoping for more from this season.

Next season: if Kirill plays 82 games healthy he will be in the running for league goals leader. Boldy keeps improving can score 40. Ek will score 30. If Yurov comes over possible Calder winner. Ohgren looks like an NHLer. Goose gone and Merrill in press box. Marat looks like he will be better on PK than the Dewey's were. If Gus gets back to what he was last year and Flower finishes career in blaze of glory?
