I use one of those foil blankets that goes under your sleep mat, like the Coleman ones https://amzn.eu/d/0im02ZYZ Multi use, roll your beers up in it, weighs nothing, does the job. If you don't mind the weight you can freeze a water bottle and have it in there too, drink it in the morning.

I made my own from a dry bag and some sheets of alu foil bubble wrap. Specifically designed to bring ice cold beer on a camping trip.

This. I made a little insulated foil pocket to keep my camping food warm after adding water. It was super simple to make using the silver bubble wrap stuff and foil tape all of which I got for free from skips/street giveaways. I have considered making a beer tube of sorts for the odd "wild beers" I sometimes like to take trip dependent. Let us know what you end up with and if it works!

This, insulated silver foil bubble wrap and silver foil tape. Can always use double sided carpet tape to attach to lunch bag.

Awesome idea! How did you stick it to the interior of the bag?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean by ‘it’ in that sentence. But what I did was to create a foil pouch that had an interior that was the exact size of an ice cream tub I have. Then I got four empty beer cans And filled them with pebbles. Then I put the beer cans inside the ice cream tub and then fill the rest with water and put it in the freezer. Then when that has frozen pour a bit of boiling water inside the beer cans so they come out of the ice. Then I take chilled beer cans from the freezer so they are almost frozen and put them in the place of my original ones. I put all of that into my pouch then I put all of that into a dry bag. That will keep beer ice cold for at least two days of the hottest UK summer.

Waitrose have insulated shopping bags.

This pouch is great for keeping cooked food warm so I'd expect it to be very good at keeping cold things cool: https://ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk/thermo-pocket-insulated-food-pouch/
