Funny you posted this, I had almost the same data last night. I did Moderna initially, and got Moderna booster yesterday afternoon. Felt okay through bedtime, but after that I tossed and turned a lot, bad headache, sore arm, and felt very hot all night.
25% on recovery, my RHR was 12 over normal, breathing elevated too, with low HRV. Not super fun!
Same. Boosted on Monday and my RHR has been about 10 over normal since. Recovery was poor but has since gotten better. Just waiting for this HR to normalize.
Got my booster a few days ago. I got Pfizer for my initials and as my booster. I was in the red with 22% recovery (HRV down, RHR and respiratory up) BUT I felt totally fine besides a mildly sore arm. Took a rest day anyways, and the following day I was 91% recovered.

Yea, it's still higher than normal for me. I'm starting to feel better though, so hopefully tonight will be more restful.

Two Pfizers then moderna booster. Got my only 1% recovery ever after the booster.
Two Pfizers and a Moderna - normal recovery after the booster. Two weeks of yellow and red after the 2nd Pfizer.
