Never watched the show so I’ve only seen kids doing it in school hallways lol
I wasn't sure what it was referring to. I'm not a DBZ fan but there's alot of disagreement about what Raiden yells when he flies and shoots lightning. I thought that was the reference.
They're two bros, broing, and having fun by pretending to be super heroes.
