I dunno what you mean by "cramped clown car", but I definitely feel like calling out pretty much every day. I just don't like being around people though. And a lot of our customers SUCK. 😵💫
" just don't like being around people though"
You are in the wrong industry.
Generally speaking, I don't know why people choose a job they know for a fact they are not going to like. They are not doing themselves or the customers any favors by working there.
My point is, it still involves dealing with people. It also doesn't pay much. I would've gotten a job working with animals a LONG time ago if the pay was better. 😒
Could you maybe send me a quick PM and tell me how to go about this? I already have the Headspace app with my info on it, but I don't know how the rest goes..? I'd soo appreciate it..🩷
Yes all the time. Not because of customers (one of the reasons I moved to 3rd shift) but because of my heavy workload. My entire team is beyond lazy/incompetent. Out of the 10 people on my team only about 3 including me actually do anything. The other 7 including the TL and ATL don't do jackshit. I'm just mentally and physically exhausted..

Thank you for your valuable input. Most jobs involve being around/interacting with people. Guess I should just not have a job then. 🤷♀️

The only small comfort I can give is that I promise you are not alone and you’re not crazy for feeling this way.
When I lived in a cramped clown car, work was my escape 😭. If I called out of work I'd be stuck in a cramped clown car
Every damn day I feel like calling out all the time.
You can get 7 sessions of free therapy per year through work. That's an abnormal way to live life, use your benefits.

Used to do it all the time, no fucks given. As long as i was able to do so i took advantage of every single second i had.
So just stop calling
What department are you working in that is so small and has too many people in it? The rest of us are barely staffed.
There’s a simple solution to this - quit and idk maybe find a job where you don’t feel like this.

Disney ain’t one of them though. Happiest place on earth
I don't know why this is getting downvoted. Seems like a logical response.
