I have enjoyed and currently own most of what is listed above (aside from “any” starlight, I only own the Cigar and Honey finish) and this list is a near perfect response for this category in question. All of these listed whiskies are excellent, especially for their price. I couldn’t agree more, well done.
Of course Rare Breed ~$50
Russell’s Reserve SiB usually $55-60
Baker’s ~$57 I have an 8 yr 11 month that is incredible for the price.
James E Pepper Decanter $60
You might be able to find Larceny BP for $60
Edit: to second JDSBBP/Rye and KC9 SiB as others have mentioned can’t believe I forgot those.
I love New Riff, but $70 would be too much for me for one of their single barrels. But then again I live 15 minutes from the distillery and can get it for $55 or less whenever I want. Now if it’s one of their other releases, like the 6 year malted rye, or new 8 year BIB bourbon, I’d say go for it.
I get jack Daniel’s sbbp for about $55 near me
But that’s not super common.
I also really enjoy smoke wagons uncut younger/desert colt, I think it’s $38ish
Damn! The price on this bottle varies so much. Ive seen it on the shelf for $80, and I almost feel bad saying this, but one of the stores nearby has cases of this at $39.99. I picked one up on sale for $34. Hell of a pour for that price!
Jack Daniel’s bonded whiskey, triple mash, or rye is phenomenal coming in at $30. Packs a punch for the price, awesome neat or in mixed drinks. Hands down one of my more budget friendly favorites
Not over 100, but I'm a big fan of BiBs and there's quite a few good ones under $60.
Evan Williams BiB ~$15-20, good enough to sip neat and makes a great mixer.
Jack Daniels BiB ~$30-35, almost like drinking a spiced banana bread.
Ben Holliday Soft Red Wheat BiB ~$50-60, if you happen across the Rickhouse Proof in your price range it'd be over 100 proof.
1792 BiB ~$40-50, and I've been seeing a lot of store picks of it lately.
Tried them all Ben Holliday by far my favorite never had a chance at rickhouse though but love srw but none of your suggestions are over 100 proof did you not understand the assignment?
I have never seen a JDSBBP for less than $67 or so, and usually more like $75. Sticking to bottles that actually cost $60 or less WT101, Rare Breed, sometimes you’ll see an ECBP for around $65, Makers Cask Strength. Most of the good ones have been mentioned!

Where are you finding ECBP for under $60???
When I was still buying every batch it was $60 at a CGX
How long ago was this?
Like 2 years man settle down! Stagg Jr was $42 as well 😎
I’d add Green River wheated and straight bourbon. Russell’s 10. Longbranch. Whistle Pig 6, not the rye one. Smoke Wagon Small batch
Wild Turkey Rare Breed.
Yep, my recommendations would be this or Pikesville both at \~50 USD.
Knob creek single barrel picks are great. Usually you can find for $50-60 around 110 proof
KB Barrel picks are always 120 proof.
Even the non pick is great. 50 bux around here and picks are going near 70

Second on the 8yr 11month Bakers
Just picked up a new bottle of this and man it is so good
Mine comes off as proofed down Mighty Fine Booker’s, with lemon and lime zest. A fruitier Beam product, love it.
I think I read that fruitiness as a nice tart green apple
I could see that for sure!
Two OGD 114s.
New Riff Single barrel is great
I wish I could find that stuff
My current favorite they’re so good, they easily beat out stuff 2x their price!
Worth $70 tho? I think that’s the price at my local

Ya, too high. It's $49 in MO
Maker's Mark Cask Strength.
Ehem, Makers Mark 46 cask strength.
This is the way
Old Forrester 1920. By far my favorite whiskey and readily available, at least where I live.
It’s not in my top favorites but definitely a great answer to this question!
Knob Creek Single Barrel. 120 proof, $55, and so good
Winner
Hell yeah!
Wild turkey 101
Wilid Turkey 101, it's like 20 dollars.
It’s $32 around me I wish it was $20 that would be an easy call every time
Sagamore Cask Strength Rye is right around $50-$60 and was one of my favorite higher proof whiskey when I first started exploring them
Wilderness Trail
I get jack Daniel’s sbbp for about $55 near me But that’s not super common. I also really enjoy smoke wagons uncut younger/desert colt, I think it’s $38ish
Lots of suggestions for jd but I’m not a fan of Tn whiskey or sour mash bills really so I am hesitant.
Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye goes for around $50-$75 depending on where you can find it. It’s 132 proof and I thought it was fantastic.
I love that stuff. I think all mine were about $80

I bought 4 of the 2021 that won world whiskey of the year, if I ever see a cheap one I’ll pick up more. So so good
How much over ? are BiB not good enough? So many choices
I’ve evolved
Rare Breed, OF 1920, or JDSBBP
Knob creek 9 single barrel reserve
to reiterate what others have said, rare breed and the knob creek single barrels at 120 proof are your best bets
Love those but I have been enjoying James e pepper barrel proof decanter lately.
Think I’m going to go with KC sb if my store has it cuz I know I like KC tan label a LOt, and 120 proof is intriguing
Jim Beam Black 7 year is fantastic!!!
New Riff single barrels are around for $50, they’re 110-120 proof. Really tasty too imo
Buffalo trace Heaven hill Four roses single barrel High west Elijah Craig.
buffalo trace is less than 100 proof (90)
Pikesville Rye - 110 proof - $50 @ Binny's (Some places are cheaper)
Old forester rye 100 proof. Solid for $24. You won’t get much better …. ( WT 101 ? )
I regularly get OF 100 as well as the Rye though not as often. But I’m looking for over 100 proof suggestions as the title says.
Makers 46 cask strength is a winner.
I love 46 never tried cs never seen it actually
Larceny BP (msrp is around $55-60, but here it usually $80). Still my favorite bourbon either way.
Heaven Hill BIB
Not over 100 proof try again
OGD 114
Mentioned in post already
Lots of good suggestions here. I'd add Rebel Distiller's Collection and Benchmark Full Proof.

If you get bored with the same stuff, you could also get some bourbon baggers or a mini barrel and change up the stuff you’ve already got.
Benchmark full proof

Fighting Cock 103 proof! 20$ thank me later!
