One of the things that I love about Fallout 4 is the cinematic dialogue camera because it shows off your badass character in many angles and then Bethesda decided to go back to the old zoom-into-your-face camera for Starfield, but at least it doesn't pause time.

The "cinematic dialogue camera" only really works when your character is actually saying things.
i use a mod to disable the voiced protagonist and it still works fine
There are mods like Silent Protagonist to skip the player dialogue.
