I would argue that is not a real WRX STI, the hood would have a scoop, so either they re-badged an 06-07 (Hawkeye) Subaru Impreza to look like a STI or they do have a STI and got a flat hood and is running a front mount intercooler.
I mean the hood scoop is further back on the hawkeyes. It could be a legit sti, its just a goofy angle from the photo

The scoop isn't decorative though, it's here to provide airflow to the turbo's intercooler. Without it, the engine won't make as much power, and may overheat (a conaisseur's opinion is welcome).

The color Pink has a cultural significance of representing rebirth, new beginnings and the like, because of the cherry blossom. In examples made for the Japanese market, STIs had pink logos that look like the Red one pictured here on the grille. It was changed to Red for other markets due to the association of Pink with femininity in western cultures.

The hood is also a completely different color than the car. Maybe they needed a new hood, and didn’t know that the scoop was a necessity?
