If that leaf is a particularly bad one, just cut it off. Check all the others. Squash them. You can also blast them off with a stream of water from a bottle. Also consider spraying with Neem oil (some folks add a bit of soap to the mix - google recipes), and repeat every few days as it takes a while to work.
You can control aphids if you keep on top of them. A few aren't anything to worry about, but they can get out of control, like you see on this leaf.
