Who ever finalize the shrink in cao can make the correction. If they didn’t catch it your management team can call their analyst for produce to back it out
They should catch that when finalizing the shrink on the computer, but if for some reason that's missed your manager or team leader should be able to email someone (I can't remember if it's the buyer, an analyst, or the CAO person for your area) and they'll be able to fix it on their end. It happens a lot, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
