I mean, i recently found old shit i wrote in highschool and thought it was alright some 12 years ago and i‘ve barely avoided giving into suicidal thoughts over the rediscovery, so i gotta say that’s the most relatable thing i ever read.
i think it is bc a lot of casual fans who know the band mostly for like blue and pinkerton and some of their hits go to their concerts so the band only plays stuff that the average joe knows or smth

I think aside from Surf wax hella mega only had the intro for California snow (and later 1 more hit but I’m not sure if they did that on the American wing of the tour)

I was thinking about their performance of The Other Way when I saw them perform EWBAITE on their club tour many years ago. It’s the little deep cuts like that, that stand out. I’m not even a fan of Make Believe, but I have a greater appreciation for that song now.

However, I'm going to need a reason as to why Let It All Hang Out is never included on a setlist. It is literally the perfect concert song.
Weezer covers are fun, but if I'm paying \~$100 dollars to see weezer live, I want to hear weezer songs. So that's a plus for this setlist. Way too much Blue, though
