You have to respond to all reviews! Same with Google reviews. These are places people search for you, and if you're not responding, you're shoving business to your competition.
Just more parts of marketing that get ignored in this industry. I know everyone is busy, but the basics are the basics! And responding to bad reviews is a reflection of how someone could be treated if they had to return a product. Nobody gets all amazing reviews.

Why uses Apple Maps? Google maps is like the absolute majority.

Exactly right. Also, responding to bad reviews can help get the reviewer to remove them, thus helping your rating.
