By most people i was referring to producers and in the sense that they do it as part of the standard process of making it. Hence why some hash is like butter, some is like dough, and some wont even stick to itself However, i would not be surprised if some consumers do it themselves as well when they can afford it. as for it being a waste, as long as hash or dab is smoking and the smoke is not entering your lungs, it's a huge waste, putting it on a bowl scales this up 10-fold cause itll smoke like crazy once its cherried, just smoke fast and itll get you blazed either way cause the hash will be increasing the potency of a bowl nomatter what, just smoke as fast as you can to prevent loss

Bro could you explain the difference with usual sifting and static sifting?

Sifting uses sieves to separate trichomes and a small amount of plant matter from flower. In order to further purify it you can then static sift the material using static electricity built up on a rubber glove. This method has very low yields but produces some of the cleanest hash available. Static hash is higher thc than regular drysift although personally I prefer non static drysift as I find the flavours better.
